SHOP POLICIES
Each of our orders are hand made with in the UK. Due to this orders can not be dispatched streight away this is firstly to ensure quaility of the product and also due to the time it takes to make the products. We aim to send out the any order with in two weeks of order but this can be longer if unstocked Lego Figures or Scrabble Letters are needed to create your product.
Prices will vary on the following:

1:ORDERS
We are able to ship to mainland UK, Each order will need to pay for postage and packaging on top of the order. We like to use trusted and insured postage companies such as Royal Mail, DPD, UPS and APC. If you have a preferance please let us know as all prices vary depending on company. All orders will be send recorded/tracked with signiture requried. This prevents you Custom Box Frame being left out in the British weather to be damaged.
Shipping outside of the UK can be arranged, but it can be restricted, particularly to our North America friends. Quotes can be provided on request. Contact us with the details of what frames you are looking for and where you would them sent (town/city & post/zipcode) and we will provide a quote.
2:SHIPPING
As your aware each product is hand made to order. If a product is damaged, please report it to us within 2 days of delivery and send a photo of the problem. We will replace any damaged goods or provide a full refund as necessary when the damage is deemed to be out of your control.
Where you are not happy with the supplied item(s), please contact us within 2 days of receipt and we will work with you to find a satisfactory outcome.
